sink or swim
i am thrown into the deep end to sink or swim. Its very stressful, with lotsa emails bombardment addressed to you, and having no idea of what to do. Doesn’t help that the previous person left alot of things undone, so by the time I got bombarded, it all became urgent matters

so i have been clocking mad hrs. It was 10 pm yest, 11pm today. maybe midnight tmr? i hope not.
but i am loving it. there is alot to learn, and i really get to experienced the nature of transactions.
pray that my work performance is well-liked by my female boss. Staying late isn’t one of the factors of job performance, according to her standards.

Working smart is, but there are times where the shit hits the fan, and you gotta stay back to clean it, even though it’s not your fault.
mr A: ya, i know. but the problem is that in my industry a deadline is a deadline, and the previous worker has obviously slacked in her work and she has left. so shit occured, and i have to rush out all the work. will explain more in my blog entry if i have the time to blog.
km: i haven’t learnt how to work smart in my industry yet, since i am still learning. But i can see alot of processes that waste alot of my time, and i intend to clean up the processes one day. But that day shall have to work, as i have to deal with the current issues at hand.
btw it was 10,11,12,9,12.30 for the whole week :S
